Celebrity Chef Boscaini at Amari Dhaka for Italian Week

Dhaka : Amari is known for its innovative festivals throughout the year which are visited and liked by luxury delicacy enthusiasts. In line with the trend, this year paves way for a special one-of-a-kind arrangement as well.

Chef Marco Boscaini, the most celebrated Italian chef in Thailand and one of the leading chefs in the world for genuine rustic Italian cooking, is visiting Amari from November 2 to 10 for "Italian Week." His culinary experience reads like a love letter to Italian cuisine.

Having completed his culinary training at the Instituto Giovanni Pastore in VaralloSesia of Northern Italy back in 1983, he spent over 30 years perfecting his trade.

'Ciao Dhaka' festival will begin at Amari for dinner serving authentic mouth-watering Italian cuisine at the signature Amaya Food Gallery. At Tk 3999++, fresh pasta, risottos from all over Italy, Italian style sea food, meat BBQ and much more awaits your arrival.

To top it all off, classical Italian desserts will never fail to mesmerise.
