Dhaka : Blue Sky, a quarterly inflight magazine of US-Bangla Airlines, has been published and is available in all domestic and international flights.
The second issue of the second quarter of current year has been published by Interface Communications, on behalf of US-Bangla.
Edited by Kazi Wahidul Alam, the in-flight magazine is published for US-Bangla Airlines for three consecutive years.
The magazine content includes picture and texts on Teachings of Ramadan, The Holy Cave of Hira, Reminiscing the Great Said Hazrat Khan Bahadur Ahsan Ullah (R), Another ancient glory unearthed in the Sundarbans, Naogaon's Historic Balihar Rajbari, Sunflower Cultivation in Bangladesh and Bangladeshi cuisine, besides Message from CEO Imran Asif, US-Bangla News, the airlines destinations and addresses and contacts of US-Bangla sales offices.
Additional flights before Eid-ul-Fitr
To meet the passengers' needs, US-Bangla Airlines plans additional 35 flights from Dhaka to Rajshahi, Jashore, Barishal and Saidpur before the Eid day, an airline source told The Bangladesh Monitor. Additional flights will be operated starting from June 10. But everything depends on obtaining permission from Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB), for which the airline has applied.
Flight schedules to other domestic destinations will remain unchanged. US-Bangla presently operates regular flights to Chattagram, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Saidpur, Rajshahi, Jashore and Barishal in the domestic sector.
