Saimon Overseas receives ISO certification

DHAKA: Saimon Overseas Ltd., is the first travel agency of the country to be honoured with ISO certification.

Saimon Overseas, is a travel management company, specialised in providing travel related services to all the major corporate clients in Bangladesh.

The travel agency has added yet another feather in its cap by getting certified to the world recognized Quality Management System ISO-9001:2015, the latest version of ISO Quality Management System.

A function on handing of the ISO certification was held at its Gulshan office on September 19. The event was graced by N. Rajgapol, Senior QHSE Consultant of Safety World based in Dubai. Also present were Saimon Overseas Managing Director, Yami M. Saleh, CEO, Wazir Alam, Deputy Managing Director, Afsia Jannat Saleh.

With this certification, Saimon Overseas Ltd. has proven that it has a robust Quality Management System that has the required procedures in place and those meet the requirements of the standard.

Saimon Overseas sought the help of Quality Institute of America, a Quality Management company based in Houston, Texas USA for implementing the requirements of the standard using their proprietary software Quality Institute Software Solution-QISS.

Saimon Group provides corporate travel management services, runs Visa Application Centres and acts as representatives of United Airlines, Qantas and Kenya Airways in Bangladesh. In addition, the company represents American Express-Global Business Travel and Lufthansa City Centre-LCC.
