The restaurant Spice & Rice, winner of World Luxury Restaurant Awards in 2017 is taking on the theme of the festival with its decorations too, colouring itself with the roots of its South Asian flavours. The food festival will have an array of exclusive South Asian cuisines such as South Asian Mixed Kebab Platter, Tawa Fry Pomfret, Beef Kala Bhoona, Roasted Bengali Chicken, South Asian Curry Platter to name a few. Guests can enjoy the incredibly aromatic biryani in 3 delicious iterations, Kalyani Biryani, Ambur Biryani and Kanchi Biryani.
The live stations will feature South Asian Mixed Kebab, Deshi style Chotpoti & Fuchka and to top it off Deshi Pitha.
