Sylhet Chamber and Airline club jointly hold workshop on Airline career

Sylhet: A workshop on career in Airline sector, organized by Airline club of Sylhet, in association of Sylhet Changer of Commerce and Industry, was inaugurated on Friday, November 23 at the conference hall of the SCCI.
Presided over by M. M. Ahmed, president of Airline Club of Sylhet, the inaugural function was addressed by Sylhet City Mayor Ariful Huq Choudhury as Chief Guest. President of Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry and founder president of Airline Club of Sylhet Khandakar Siper Ahmed was special guest.
Others who were present at the inaugural ceremony are: Mohammad Mustafa, Dietrict Manager of Biman Bangladesh Airlines; Abdul Jabbar Jalil, chairman of ATAF-Sylhet; Ikramul Kabir, President of Sylhet Press Club; Al Azad, president of Electronic Media Association and Kamrul Islam, DGM of US-Bangla Airlines.
Addressing the inaugural function of the workshop, Chief Guest Ariful Huq Choudhury said that there is no alternative to training and one can prepare oneself for the country by proper use of the training..
The mayor lauded the role of Airline Club of Sylhet for working to produce skilled manpower for long. He assured his cooperation in creating jobs for those who can show promise.
Khandakar Siper Ahmed stressed the need for sincerity at the job and proper use of technology.

Istiaq Choudhury, Manager of Qatar Airways; Hamid Bin Hanif, Manager of US-Bangla Airlines; Shafiqul Islam, Manager of Regent Airways; Zihan Choudhury, Manager of Kuwait Airways; Emdadur Rahman, Manager of Novo Air and Khandakar Esrar Ahmed, Manager of Regent Airways graced the inaugural ceremony.
A total of 75 trainees participating in the workshop.
