Dhaka : HB Aviation Training Centre's Chatto-gram branch held its first certificate handover ceremony recently at an elite hotel in the port city.
At the ceremony, certificates were handed over to more than 100 students who successfully completed training at HB Aviation Training Centre's Chattogram branch in last one year.
HB Aviation also handed over crests in different categories to 25 trainees who got jobs or became entrepreneurs after completing their training at the centre.
Tanveer Shahriar Rimon, CEO of Rankon Properties Ltd, Zaki S Bari, Founder and Chairman of HB Aviation Training Centre, Monjor Morshed, Sales Deputy Manager of Sabre Bangladesh Chattogram and senior trainer of HB Aviation Chattogram branch were present on the occasion, among others.
The guests, in their respective speeches, praised HB Aviation for providing trainees with such state-of-the-art training at their centre in Chattogram and for further supporting the students in getting employment and starting business in the post-training phase.
They also stressed that the travel trade sector in Chattogram lacks skilled manpower.
Hence, this initiative of HB Aviation is not only benefiting job seekers, but also those who need skilled manpower for their businesses.
It may be mentioned here that HB Aviation Training Centre has been providing professional courses on air ticketing and travel agency since 2018.
In August, 2022, HB Aviation commenced its journey in Chattogram.
So far, over 700 students from the training centre are successfully working and running businesses in the country and abroad with the guidance and support of HB Aviation following the training they offer in Dhaka and Chattogram.
HB Aviation Training Centre is an aviation-based training institute. It started its journey in December 2017. HB Aviation Training Centre is the first and only Aviation Based Institute in Bangladesh, which is BTEB Accredited (Bangladesh Technical Education Board) and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
HB Aviation Training Centre was also Appointed as a PSA of Drukair (Royal Bhutan Airlines).
