Asia, ME boast 9/10 busiest int'l flight routes in June : OAG

Singapore : Asia and the Middle East fill nine out of ten places on OAG's list of Busiest International Flight Routes for June 2023.

Notably, the Kuala Lumpur to Singapore Changi route has moved to the top spot on the list with 417,982 seats in June, replacing Cairo-Jeddah which moves to second place with 395,944

The Hong Kong to Taipei route with 369,752 seats comes third while the Dubai-Riyadh route with 341,300 seats stands as fourth.

Seoul Incheon features in two routes, though both have moved down the list since May. Incheon to Osaka has moved three places, from 3rd to 6th, with 336,964 seats and Incheon to Tokyo has gone down from 4th to 5th with 338,434 seats.

Jakarta-Singapore Changi comes 7th with 336,672 seats.

The only route outside of Asia and the Middle East in the Top Ten Busiest International Flight Routes of June 2023 is New York JFK - London Heathrow, in 8th position with 334,560 seats.

Bangkok-Singapore Changi comes ninth with 286,620 seats.

The Incheon to Bangkok route has dropped out of the top ten, replaced by Bangkok-Hong Kong in tenth position.
