Dhaka : Amari Dhaka will celebrate Christmas with wide mouth-watering specialties for dinner made to reflect the warm and welcoming taste of Christmas at both Cascade and Amaya Food Gallery.
The month of December rekindles the mood for festivals as the jingling of the bells draw closer, an indication of the nearing Christmas.
There will be an international Grand Gourmet Christmas long-table dinner at Cascade Lobby Lounge featuring some freshly made exclusive selections. The guest will be served with pumpkin and chestnut truffle soup made with aromatic rosemary wafers herbed mascarpone.
The "Taster of Australian Christmas" comes next consisting seared Tasmanian salmon with peppered juniper salad. There is also a choice of iced raspberry and red vinegar granita. The highlight is the delish "American Main Affair" comprised of sous vide of imported turkey breast, confit potatoes, vegetables and cranberry relish. For desserts, "Best of British" offers traditional Christmas puddings followed by a 'French Finale' containing petite fours, tea and coffee.
Next will be Christmas Brunch at Amaya on December 25 from 11.30 hours to 16.30 hours. The brunch is fun-filled for an entire family which will feature delicious additional offerings and fun activities for children at Tk 3000++. The interactive dinner buffet at Amaya will boast Christmas style roasted turkey with braised brussels sprouts, potato lyonnais and cranberry for Christmas eve dinner on December 24.
There will also be smoked turkey bacon sauces and gravy. Last but not least, the desserts station will showcase classic Christmas desserts and fruit salad. The dinner buffet is priced at Tk 3558++ per person.
