flydubai launches dedicated business class check-in

Dubai: Flydubai, a sister company of Emirates, has unveiled a new dedicated check-in area for business class passengers at Dubai international airport's terminal 2.

The airline said in a statement that passengers can enjoy a smooth check-in experience with a personalised meet-and-assist service, seated check-in and fast-track service through passport control and security lanes.

This is the airline’s first dedicated check-in facility for business class passengers, located in the departure hall of Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB), near Entrance 3.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, said: “We are delighted to offer our business class customers the same personalised service that we provide them in our ground cabin. The new service will ensure that our customers’ journey is efficient, seamless and enjoyable from the moment they arrive at terminal 2 until they reach their destination.”

He said: “We continue to listen to our customers’ needs and invest in improving our products and services, and we hope this is the first of many.”

A dedicated curbside drop-off area and separate entrance for Business Class check-in have been allocated at terminal 2, Dubai international.

Passengers can enjoy a personal meet and assist service from a member of the business team and a dedicated complimentary porter service. A member of the business team will escort passengers to the flydubai business lounge.

flydubai introduced its premium experience, the ‘business suite’, in May 2023.

The suites are designed exclusively for single-aisle aircraft.

Since its launch, the airline has built a growing network of over 125 destinations in 55 countries across Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and South-East Europe, the GCC and the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and South-East Asia.
