SINGAPORE: There are 1,062 companies from 50 countries and regions participating at the Singapore Airshow 2018, one of the most important aerospace and defence exhibitions in the world.
The event features 65 of the top 100 global aerospace companies including Airbus, Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, ST Engineering, Thales and UTC Aerospace Systems.
To be held from February 6 to 11, it is open to the public on February 10 and 11.
A growing number of aviation firms are taking part at the airshow for the first time, having recognised the potential of doing business in this vast marketplace. These include: AviationLearn, Honda Aircraft Company, LOGIC, Marposs, IHSE Asia, Turkish Aerospace Industries, WEARE Group, Wright Brothers Science, Technologies Development Co. Ltd, United Engine Corporation, Collective Wisdom Technology, Star UAV Co and Chengdu Holy Aviation.
