Hotel Sarina Dhaka celebrates Int’l Chefs Day with largest pizza in BD

Dhaka: Hotel Sarina Dhaka celebrated International Chefs Day on October 20 at its Italian restaurant Risotto by paying a unique tribute to the chef community by making the largest pizza in Bangladesh.

A 42-inches pizza was made by the chefs of Hotel Sarina Dhaka and presented to the Guest of Honour, a renowned Chef and Executive Member of the World Association of Master Chefs (WAMC) Bangladeshi Chapter and the Coordinator of South Asia, Shaheda Yesmin.

General Manager of Hotel Sarina Dhaka Krishan Kodippilli, who is also an Executive Member of the World Association of Master Chefs Sri Lanka chapter (WAMC), the owner’s representative Mohammad Ali Chowdhury, the hotel’s Director of Sales Jason Salgado, Associate Director of Marketing Syed Mehran Hussain, and Executive chef Kuldeep Bhattacharjee were also present on the occasion among other members of the WAMC.

The guest of honour Shaheda Yesmin gave an inspirational insight into her journey in the culinary industry. Being an internationally acknowledged chef and an Executive Member of the World Association of Master Chefs, she shared her culinary knowledge with the other chefs.

Also, Shaheda Yasmin shared her memories of being the former Vice President of the Bangladesh Culinary Association.

The General Manager, Executive Chef, Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Marketing of Hotel Sarina Dhaka also spoke on the occasion.
