Alexander Lee
Dhaka: Alexander Lee, Chairman, ABC Air Ltd. GSA of Korean Air in Bangladesh passed away Saturday evening at the Evercare Hospital, Dhaka. He was suffering from COVID-19.
Lee, born and brought up in Bangladesh, having Bangladesh nationality, founded ABC Air Ltd in February 1985 and acquired GSA of Korean Air and Emirates in 1986. Over the last Thirty years, ABC-AIR LTD has successfully represented two of the world’s leading airlines in Bangladesh.
Emirates first started with a twice-weekly service from Dubai and with the help of ABC-AIR LTD they have expanded their Bangladesh operations to a great extent. ABC-AIR LTD amicably dissolved their partnership with Emirates Airlines in 2012.
