Emirates celebrates golden jubilee of Bangladesh’s independence

Dhaka: To celebrate Bangladesh’s 50th independence day, Emirates treated its passengers travelling from Dhaka to Dubai with traditional local sweets at the check-in counter on March 26.

Passengers travelling on flight EK 583 also received bespoke branded boarding passes, marked with “Happy 50th Independence Day”.

Emirates has been serving the country for more than 35 years, flying customers safer and better to Dubai and beyond.

The airline now operates 17 flights a week from Dhaka and is currently the only international carrier to offer First Class services to the country.
