Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan introduces Italian-themed weekend dining

Dhaka: Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has launched “Buon Appetito,” an Italian-themed weekend dining experience at its signature all-day dining restaurant, Bahar, featuring authentic flavors and culinary traditions from Italy.

The special theme night will run every Thursday to Saturday from August 6 to August 29, 2026, offering guests an Italian-inspired buffet featuring a variety of regional dishes.

The event will officially begin on August 6 with a launch ceremony attended by the Ambassador of Italy to Bangladesh, along with senior officials, guests, media representatives, and members of the Italian community.

Curated by the hotel’s culinary team, the experience will include freshly baked breads, antipasti, handmade pastas, risottos, grilled seafood and meats, regional cheeses, and traditional Italian desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta, and cannoli.

Guests will also enjoy live cooking stations where chefs will prepare selected Italian specialties on demand, adding an interactive element to the dining experience.

The Italian buffet is priced at BDT 3,950 net per person, with special discounts available for selected bank cardholders, GP Star members, Banglalink Orange Club customers, and group bookings.
