Dhaka Regency celebrating Ilish with special food festival

Dhaka: Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort is hosting "Ilish Utsab," a festival celebrating Bengal's beloved Hilsha, from September 17 to October 1.

Throughout the festival, guests can enjoy an exclusive Hilsha menu daily from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, featuring cherished Bengali favorites.

The lineup includes Hilsha Khichuri, Shorshe Hilsha, Hilsha Fry, Hilsha Pulao, and Doi Hilsha, each prepared with authentic flavors and the hotel's signature culinary touch.

The festival brings together comforting Bhuna Khichuri with Hilsha Fry, the mustard-forward Shorshe Hilsha, the delicate Doi Hilsha, and the traditional warmth of Hilsha Pulao, offering diners a true taste of Bengali cuisine.
