FIFA World Cup matches live onboard Emirates flights

Dubai: Emirates is broadcasting matches of the FIFA World Cup 26™ live onboard its flights through Sport 24 on ice, allowing passengers to enjoy one of the world’s biggest sporting events while travelling.

Customers are able to follow all the tournament action live at 40,000 feet via Emirates’ dedicated live sports channel, Sport 24.
The airline said the onboard coverage ensures football fans do not miss a single moment of the tournament, including goals, celebrations, and key match highlights. The initiative aims to bring together fans from around the world and create a shared viewing experience across Emirates’ global network.

To help passengers keep track of fixtures during their journey, the complete FIFA World Cup 26™ live broadcast schedule has been published in the June edition of the airline’s ice inflight magazine.

Live television services, including Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, are available on most Emirates flights, although availability may vary depending on aircraft type and route.

In addition to onboard screenings, FIFA World Cup 26™ matches will also be shown, where possible, at Emirates Lounges in Dubai, allowing travellers to enjoy the excitement of the tournament both on the ground and in the air.
