New associate director of sales joins Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport

Dhaka: Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport has appointed Nazmul Haque as its Associate Director of Sales.

Haque brings a diverse international career shaped by service excellence, cultural experiences, and a commitment to building meaningful business relationships. He views hospitality as rooted in trust, team inspiration, and lasting value, rather than service delivery alone.

He started his career at Grameenphone as a Customer Service Manager before shifting into hospitality with Anantara Hotels & Resorts in the Maldives. He subsequently spent four years at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, followed by a stint as Guest Relations Officer at The Ritz-Carlton, Cayman Islands.

Seeking to contribute to Bangladesh's hospitality sector, Haque returned home and joined the pre-opening team of InterContinental Dhaka. Over eight years there, he advanced from Reservation Sales Agent to Senior Sales Manager, building expertise in commercial strategy, revenue generation, corporate account management, and business development.

In his new role at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, Haque aims to apply his international experience and collaborative leadership approach toward driving business growth and strengthening strategic partnerships. He also plans to focus on developing high-performing teams.

He remains committed to creating new opportunities for the hotel while supporting the broader growth and global recognition of Bangladesh's hospitality industry.
