Holiday Inn brings Rajasthani food festival to Dhaka
Titled “The Maharaja
Returns,” the festival will take place at Attitude Restaurant, with a chef from
Rajasthan preparing dishes using ingredients and spices sourced from the Indian
state.
The menu will include
Laal Maas, Safed Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri and
Rajasthani Kadhi, served with Bajre Ki Roti. Desserts will feature Ghevar, Mawa
Kachori, Malpua and Moong Dal Halwa.
Beyond dining, the event
will include traditional puppet performances, live music and folk art. A stall
in the hotel lobby will offer Rajasthani clothing and jewelry.
The festival is priced at
BDT 8,499 net per person. Cardholders can access group offers, including a Buy
