NOVOAIR launches boarding pass privilege program

The airline said its
“Boarding Pass Privilege” program is the first of its kind in the country.
Under the initiative, travelers can claim benefits at participating fashion
outlets, restaurants, hotels, amusement parks, hospitals, electronics stores
and other establishments.
Passengers must present
their NOVOAIR boarding passes within seven days of their travel date to receive
the offers. The airline said several brands and service providers have already
joined the program, with additional partners expected to participate.
Sohail Majid, NOVOAIR’s
director of marketing and sales, said the initiative aims to extend the
passenger experience beyond the flight by providing benefits after travelers
reach their destinations. He added that the airline would continue introducing
services aligned with international standards.
NOVOAIR has previously
introduced several passenger-focused services in Bangladesh, including the
SMILES frequent flyer program, co-branded cards, a mobile ticketing application
and web check-in facilities.
The latest initiative
adds a retail and lifestyle component to the airline’s customer offerings,
allowing passengers to use their travel documents to access benefits beyond air
transportation.
NOVOAIR currently
operates daily flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet and
Saidpur.
