Beein : Dhaka's new multicuisine restaurant

Dhaka,
being a very metropolitan city, witnesses the debut of cafés and dine-ins
almost every week. Each and every neighborhood, be it an upscale one or a
regular one, is adorned with eateries, almost every week. It may be a tea
corner or a café or a restaurant - but it is opening its doors for the city's
food lovers - every now and then.
Beein
is one such addition to the city's culinary landscape. This restaurant opened
during Ramadan this year. It is a place which serves mainly a-la-carte food. It
is a multicuisine restaurant with Chinese and Indian as their main cuisine.
Both the segments have about 80 courses, ranging from starter-n-salad to
desserts-n-drinks.
The Chinese segment of the menu comprises soups, appetizers with prawn, seafood, chicken, and beef - making up the mains. The Indian cuisine has a variety of Kebabs as the stellar dishes, coupled with a variety of Naans, Parathas, and, of course, Biriyani. The Indian cuisine has a distinct segment of vegetable dishes. Here, it is no exception. Along with their meat kebabs and tandoori items, Beein's menu also offers a variety of fish preparations - all done according to the guests' choice.

The
menu also boosts of a number of signature items. Nine Treasure Vegetables Soup,
Grilled Lobster, Whole Seabass, Penang Beef curry, Lobster Red Curry, Whole
Roasted Duck, Whole Seabass with Lemon Butter sauce, and Mutton Rogan Josh, are
a few of those. There is also a Chefs Special Platter which is all decked up
with Whole Fish, Tandoori Chicken, King Prawn, and Kebabs.
There
are also set menus of four different cuisines - Chinese, Indian, Seafood, and
Continental. Each set menu has six items including soft drinks.
For drinks, the guest can choose from a variety of hot and cold beverages. A number of mocktails are also in the menu as thirst-quenchers.

Kashmiri
Falooda and Gulabjamuns are their popular desserts amongst a few others.
Beein
has a large banquet hall which can accommodate over a hundred people. The other
segment of the premise has a regular sitting arrangement, where about 70 guests
can sit comfortably.
The
interior is done in a combination of soothing colors, combined with white. They
are open from 12 noon till 11:00 pm at night. This multicuisine restaurant is
located on the 1st floor of Prasad Business Centrum at Road 11, Banani (next to
Aarong) in the capital.
