Ethiopian Airlines highlights global network, passenger benefits


The airline operates direct flights,
five weekly, between Dhaka (Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport) and Addis
Ababa (Bole International Airport).
The airline serves more than 145
destinations worldwide, including major cities such as Chicago, Washington DC,
New York, Toronto, São Paulo and Buenos Aires in the Americas.
Its European network includes London,
Paris, Frankfurt, Rome, Madrid, Milan, Brussels, Istanbul, Stockholm, Vienna
and Zurich, among other destinations.
Ethiopian Airlines is also promoting
the Boeing 787 Dreamliner on its international network, offering passengers
enhanced cabin comfort on selected services.
For passengers facing long transit
times, the airline provides a Stopover Paid by Carrier (STPC) facility for
eligible connections exceeding eight hours. The package can include
complimentary hotel accommodation, meals and breakfast, airport-hotel transfers
and transit visa assistance within 24 hours for eligible passengers.
The carrier is also highlighting its
baggage allowance, with economy-class passengers able to check in two pieces
with a combined allowance of up to 46kg, while business-class passengers can
carry three pieces totaling up to 69kg, subject to applicable conditions.
Ethiopian Airlines is additionally
offering a free first date change on flights to African destinations, subject
to fare rules and conditions.
