Four Seasons Bali introduces beachfront cinema under the stars

Bali
: Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay has launched a new open-air cinema
experience, bringing evening movie screenings to its beachfront setting.
Called
Jimbaran Cinema, the experience takes place at the resort's Coconut Grove every
Sunday and Monday from September 13 through November 9, 2026. Both hotel guests
and visitors can attend.
The
evening begins at 6pm with a sunset gathering and welcome drink overlooking
Jimbaran Bay. The film program starts at 7:30pm, with guests able to settle
into bean bags, sun beds or armchair-style seating while ordering food and
drinks throughout the screening.
The
movie lineup includes Mamma Mia!, The Greatest Showman and The Notebook. Sunday
sessions are aimed at families and groups of friends, while Monday evenings are
designed around a more intimate, romantic atmosphere.
The
resort is also using a different approach to movie sound. Instead of
conventional outdoor speakers, Jimbaran Cinema uses CineWav technology to
transmit the soundtrack directly to guests' mobile phones. Viewers use their
own earphones, allowing the natural sound of the beach and surrounding
environment to remain audible.
Children
aged five and above can attend. Tickets cost RP 500,000++ per person and
include a sunset welcome drink, popcorn and unlimited soft drinks and juice.
Additional food and beverages can be purchased separately.
