Turkish Airlines to become Liverpool FC’s main shirt partner in 2027

Under the new agreement,
the Turkish carrier’s logo will appear on the front of Liverpool’s men’s,
women’s and academy shirts beginning with the 2027/28 season.
The partnership will
bring together two globally recognized brands, with Turkish Airlines using its
extensive international network and Liverpool’s worldwide supporter base to
strengthen their international reach.
The deal also represents
the first change to the front-of-shirt partner in 17 years, making it a
significant commercial shift for the club. Liverpool said the position has
historically been reserved for long-term partnerships.
Turkish Airlines CEO
Ahmet Olmuştur said the agreement reflects the airline’s focus on connecting
people and cultures while expanding its involvement in international sports.
Liverpool Chief
Commercial Officer Ben Latty described the agreement as a milestone for the
club and said Turkish Airlines was a natural fit given its global network.
Standard Chartered will
remain associated with Liverpool after 2027 as a Global Partner, following
nearly two decades as the club’s Main Club Partner.
The new arrangement will
take effect at the beginning of the 2027/28 campaign.
